We get asked this question a lot but have to be very clear that there are NO personal signings of any kind at the event. This is a contractual obligation across all speakers. We pre arrange private signings with the speakers ahead of the event to be able to offer a range of unique and in some cases limited edition signed items for sale in our memorabilia shop. Any personal items brought into the event for signing risk confiscation.

Children aged 8yrs and above are welcome at our events however it should be noted that our events and topics may contain explicit adult content and as such it remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ascertain the suitability of an event for their child. The Local Events Co, accepts no responsibility for any offence caused by a speaker, content of the event, topics covered or language used by both speakers and members of the audience.

Absolutely. All of our events are wheelchair accessible and as such we do not have a designated area for wheelchair users. Please send us an email at [email protected] should you have any specific access requirements so we can ensure suitable arrangements are made for you once inside the venue.

We are committed to providing the same level of access for all visitors to our events. Carers/ Personal Assistant passes are allocated on a case by case basis and will require proof of an access card including an essential companion element. Essential Companion passes will cover the seating element of your chosen ticket type up to the value of £42 and are only available with a full paying ticket. Essential Companion passes will not cover additional inclusions of a ticket type like photo's and other upgrades which can be purchased separately during check out. VIP & VIP Plus tickets INCLUDE the Meet and Greet with Photo. For Bronze and Silver ticket holders, the Meet and Greet with Photo can be added during check out for the reduced price of £25pp. Please note that any purchases for Meet and Greet with photo added after checkout rises to £27pp when booked online and in advance or £30pp on the night.

No, there is strictly no external food or drink items to be brought into the venue. A fully licensed bar is available, serving a range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks throughout the evening. A hot fork buffet is available to purchase in advance of the event and is served from 6.15pm - 7.15pm. Please note the Hot Fork Buffet cannot be added on the night.

The Hot Fork Buffet will include a Vegan and Gluten free option. Please ensure you select the appropriate option during check out so we can ensure adequate numbers for catering.

In the ideal world all ticket holders that wish to sit together should book using the same name. In the event that individuals have purchased tickets, as long as all those within the party have booked the same ticket type, if you email us at [email protected] a fortnight before the event, we will do everything within our power to sit all guests together.

In line with other ticketing platforms, tickets for The Local Events Company events are non refundable and are not subject to a statutory 14 day cooling off period. We do however partner with Tixel to offer safe and ethical ticket resale. Please contact us at [email protected] to authenticate your ticket before listing your ticket for sale. Where events are sold out, we operate a waiting list and will happily email those on our waiting list to assist you with reselling your ticket(s) at face value only.
